will increase with the contact angles increase.such bearings have following three structures:
Single-row angular contact ball bearings, including separation type and non-separation type two
forms. S70000 type is the basic of separation-type ,SN70000 type is a inner ring separation type.
Its inner ring and outer ring can be installed separately,suitable for installation condition which is
restricted . Its contact angular is 15.non-separation angular contact ball bearings the innner ring and outer ring can not be installed separately.
the following is three structures:
Contact angle a=15 atch at the outer ring is 70000C type
Contact angle a=25 latch at the outer ring is 70000AC type
Contact angle a=40 latch at the outer ring is 70000B type
Double-row angular contact ball bearings are non-separation bearings ,they can bear greater radial
and axial bi-direction load and torque load,but mainly radial load,it can limit axial or shell do two-way
axial displacement,compare to the single-row angular contact ball bearings,they have better rigidity,
the contact angle is 30.
Four-point angular contact ball bearings are separate bearings, QJ0000 type with two-semi-innner rings, QJF0000 type with two-semi-outer rings,the contact angular is 35. at no load and pure
radial load,steel ball and rings will be four-point contact,while, under pure radial load,steel ball and
rings will be two-point contact and can bear bi-direction axial load.
Basic Design:
Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in the inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that they are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e.simultaneously acting radial and axial loads.

1,Single row and combined angular contact ball bearing
The more contact angle is, the larger axial load bearing capacity is,the smaller contact surface is,themuch
more convenient high speed rotary is.

This bearing creates axial thrust load when being forced by radial load,thus it is configured(or combined) face
to face or back to back.
2,Double row angular contact ball bearing
Double row angular contact ball bearing can be subinitted radial and acial louding limit speed is quite high, it is
non-separated type of bearing has high rigid can be submitted doubk direetion of axial load,the bearing could
apply with the four row cylindrical bearing together to limit the working roll to move in axial diretion the double
row angular contact ball bearing could apply with other bearings as a position bearing.
3,Four point contact ball bearing
Standard structure is that its inner ring is equally divided in axial direction,which is applicable to axial load or
combined load,among which acial load is major composition.
Single bearing can bear double row axial load and certain extent radial load.According to different direction of
axial load,ring and sphere always contact at two points of linear line.
Applications:
Single row:machine tool spindle, high frequency motor, gas turbine, centrifuge, differential pinion-shaft, small cars's front wheel, etc.
Double row: oil pump, roots blower, air compressor, all kinds of transmission gearbox, fuel injection pump,
printing machinery, etc.
•The axial load carry capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle α. α=15°,suffix C ; α=25°, suffix AC ; α=30°,suffix A ;α=40°,suffixB.
•The angular contact ball bearing can be devided into single row angular contact ball bearing, double row angular contact ball bearing and four-point contact ball bearing.

•Four-point contact ball bearings are radial single row angular contact ball bearings with raceways that are designed to support axial loads acting in both directions.
